If you attempted to vote in Kennett Square, New Garden Township, or Kennett Township on November 4, 2025, and encountered problems at your polling place, your voice needs to be heard.

What happened: A countywide "clerical error" removed nearly 75,000 independent, third-party, and unaffiliated voters from poll books across all 230 precincts in Chester County. This wasn't isolated to one or two locations—it affected every precinct in our county.

The impact: Thousands of eligible voters were forced to cast provisional ballots or, worse, left without voting at all. This is voter disenfranchisement, plain and simple.

What we're doing: The Chester County Republican Committee is exploring all options, including legal action, to address this failure and ensure it never happens again.

How you can help: If you experienced any issues voting on November 4th—whether you were:

• Told you weren't in the poll book

• Forced to cast a provisional ballot

• Turned away from your polling place

• Witnessed others experiencing these problems
