The Area 17 Republican Committee of Chester County ("KSQ Area GOP") isn't interested in showing up only during election season. We're committed to building lasting relationships with Latino families throughout the year because genuine partnership requires consistent presence, listening, and mutual respect.
Our mission is clear: to elect Republicans at the federal, state, and local levels of government, engage with voters of diverse backgrounds, register more Republicans, encourage voter turnout on Election Day, and promote the principles of freedom, prosperity, and opportunity. But mission statements only matter when they're lived out in real relationships with real people.
That's why we're making Latino outreach a priority every single month — not just in October before Election Day.

Russ is fluent in Spanish and understands Latino culture from personal experience. Growing up near New York City, he developed close friendships within the Latino community and has Latino family members. Throughout his long career in financial services, Russ has worked with clients from diverse nations around the world, including many from Latin America. He understands the economic aspirations, family values, and cultural perspectives that shape the Latino experience.
